The Bermuda Music Festival 2009 producers are dedicated to providing an exciting and memorable guest experience.
The following provides information and policies for attending the Bermuda Music Festival 2009.
Aisles
For safety and as a courtesy to other guests, aisles must be kept clear at all times. Please follow the directions of the usher in your section to your assigned ticketed seat.
Alcohol
Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with impaired, intoxicated or underage guests will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
Binoculars
Guests are welcome to bring their personal binoculars for the performance.
Cameras
Cameras, tape recorders and video recorders are strictly prohibited. No commercial or flash photography of any kind is permitted. Camcorders or any other audio/visual equipment is prohibited.
Cell Phones/Pagers
As a gesture of respect for other audience members, as well as the artist on stage, we ask that you silence all cell phones and pagers.
Concessions
Food and beverages will be available for purchase. No outside food and beverages permitted inside venue.
Disturbances
All guests must maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior. Guests using offensive language or engaging in disorderly conduct may be ejected from the venue. Ejected guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way for their loss.
Dress Code
Shirt and shoes are required. Halloween costumes are not being permitted in the venue.
Entry Inspections
All guests entering the venue during an event are subject to screening, visual inspection and a bag inspection conducted by venue security personnel. Weapons, firearms, cans, laser pens and bottles are prohibited and will be confiscated.
First Aid
Trained emergency medical technicians personnel are available to assist any guest in need at venue events.
Lost and Found
The Bermuda Music Festival producers assume no responsibility whatsoever for lost or stolen items.
Merchandise
Bermuda Music Festival 2009 merchandise will be available for purchase at the venue.
No Re-Entry
No re-entry policy is in effect during each performance. Guests are not allowed to hand out pamphlets, advertisement brochures, etc. to other guest while inside the venue.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the venue.
Tickets
Please retain your ticket for verification of seat locations. Tickets purchased from sources other than designated ticket outlets may be lost, stolen or counterfeit and therefore are not valid.
No exchange or refunds. The holder of this ticket assumes all responsibilities for any risk of bodily harm or loss of property sustained while attending this attraction, and waives all rights to lay claim for damages resulting from any cause whatsoever either before, during or after the attraction.
Weather
Bermuda Music Festival 2009 will go on rain or shine, however if a festival day is cancelled in its entirety, customers will receive a full refund for the cancelled day only. Should any part of the paid festival day take place, then the entire schedule of events for that day will be deemed to have taken place and no refunds will be awarded.
