2008 Frequently Asked Questions: Print at Home Tickets

What if I print more than one copy of my print at home ticket or a photo copy is made?
· Only the first scan of the barcode on your ticket will be allowed entry.
· For your security, print at home tickets are individually bar coded. The bar code allows one scan per entry. Any attempts to duplicate, alter or sell copies of the print at home tickets may result in being refused entry to the festival.
· Please remember tickets purchased from sources other than designated ticket outlets may be lost, stolen or counterfeit and therefore are not valid for entry.

Will my print at home ticket be accepted for entry into the festival?
· Yes, when you arrive at the venue, go directly to the front gate and present your ticket at the turnstile.
· When you print your tickets, you should have one sheet of paper for each seat you purchased for each show you are attending.

What information is on a print at home ticket?
· Please confirm the performance date, seat locations and barcode is printed clearly on the ticket.
· You must retain your ticket for verification of seat location. Ticket holders must sit in the assigned seat location printed on the ticket.

Do I need to bring a photo ID to the festival?
· Yes, please be prepared to show photo ID any time while in the venue.
· Please make sure you keep your print at home ticket in a safe place and protect it just like you would any valuable document.
