Please specify exact quantities when ordering, and, before committing to any materials, check the availability of items with the Bermuda Department of Tourism.

Before any materials are shipped, we require the following information for our records:

• Name of group
• Number of people in group
• Hotel in Bermuda with which you are registered
• Transportation to Bermuda (name of carrier)
• Dates of stay in Bermuda

All promotional material ordered may be subject to costs and shipping and handling charges. The Bermuda Department of Tourism offices reserve the right to limit quantities.
