Revel in our great outdoors

The oldest evidence of humans on our island are the initials “RP” and the date “1543” carved into what we call Spanish Rock – even though historians believe a Portuguese sailor made the carving. You can find a bronze cast of the original rock in Spittal Pond Nature Reserve.

The Arboretum

The Arboretum’s 22 acres of open space and small woodlands show off our conifers, palms, shrubs and ficus. Visit open meadows and scenic picnic areas, walk an ornamental bridge and relax in a serene gazebo. Very close to the City of Hamilton. View map
