The Escoffier Cup will be an event that, through the high profile of its prizes and awards, will draw out the finest chefs in Bermuda each year to compete.
From September through October local chefs compete in live cook-offs to determine the island's best chef. It will follow the contemporary guidelines laid down by the American Culinary Federation for hot food competition. The four finalists will go head to head live at the Tented Village on Sunday, October 29th to determine the winner of the Escoffier Cup. Come watch the action!
