The Bermuda Zoological Society is again partnering with us to offer an evening of great food & wines in the surrounds of our country’s natural history. Visiting celebrity chefs along with local culinary experts will cook samples of their specialties, wineries will pair fun vintages, local musicians will play sweet melodies; all this in and amongst the gardens and underwater tanks that show our island’s marine and biological history. Learned attendants will also be on hand to offer insight into our history and culture. This is an event not to be missed!

Celebrity Chef & Winemaker Dinners

Newport Room with Chef Jean-Louis Gerin and local chef Michael Scott
Famous local and international chefs will prepare amazing dinners matched with exquisite wines at the best restaurants around the island. Each dinner will feature the signature dishes of the celebrity chefs as well as especially selected wines commented on by the accompanying winemaker.

Organic Farm & Hydroponics Tour

Taste of Bermuda Champagne Brunch on the Farm

Join local organic farmers Tom & Nancy Wadson, local hydroponics grower Warren Brown Jr., Chef Justin Leboe of Waterloo House, Chef Victor Barry of Waterloo House, Chef Dave Talling of Barracuda Grill, and Chef Derek Myers of Barracuda Grill for fabulous food, champagnes and sparkling wines on the only fully operating organic farm in Bermuda.
